Final Week / Day 365

Final Week / Day 365

Here we are folks, my final fitness blog.

Let me start by saying it has been a great learning experience doing these blogs and getting into fitness. I have learn a lot about my mind and body, and about determination and discipline.

Here is why I did these blogs. I have had an unhealthy past, mentally and physically. As a child, I never ate much, in fact all I ate was fast food or junk food, and/or have rice and curry force feed to me, just so I would get some sort of nourishing food in my body. I hated it. I would rather drink cordial, not even water, and just want to play outside and repeat.
As I got older, I began eating different types of food, mainly because there were people around me and I was too shy to say no to them. And when I became an adult in my 20's, I started appreciating food and ate all types of different food. But I was also in a place where I was not myself. I was controlled by many people because of my timidness. And I had found that eating would help give me that little bit of joy and control, allowing myself to make decisions that wasn't from someone else, but the decisions in what type of food to eat were all the bad types of food. I found that I was still unhappy when I looked in the mirror as well as feel tiring, sick and heavily criticised about my looks.

Last year, 2014, I was introduced to an app which monitored my calorie intake. This changed my life. Within that year, I had a paradigm shift. I began wanting to care of myself, to take care of my body and mind, and all because of what this app was telling me. It has opened my eyes, and it had scared me actually. I realised I was slowly killing myself.

I began these blogs not only to inspire myself to become a better me, but to inspire you, the reader, to be a better you. Yes, my aim was to have the body that I envisioned at the start of the year and be an example to many that 'YOU CAN DO IT'. I may not have the body that I envisioned YET, but I would like to think that I am an example of 'YOU CAN DO IT'. I have also discovered that exercise can be fun, it is not all stress, strain and extremely hard work. You can go at your own pace and increase the workload at your comfort.

I will honestly say, that I feel slightly disappointed that I did not achieve the results I wanted, but I have improved my body and mindset incredibly from the start of the year. And this is the lesson for everyone. You can do incredibly well and reach your goals, as I did earlier in the year, but you must maintain it and not give up. I am still working towards my ideal body image, I have not given up and neither should you. Do NOT allow negative or external thoughts and unhealthy advice consume your mind, it will distract you from what YOU want. Keep learning more about yourself, every day. If you remember this, you will not fail!

For the final time, my body images, weight and measurements are:

January 1st, 2015             December 31st, 2015            Total Loss:

Wishing you all a safe and prosperous 2016. :) Take care and keep kicking goals

Week 52 / Day 361

Week 52 / Day 361

This week I will not be posting my progression pictures or my weight and measurements on this blog as I want to have my final picture on my final blog which will be on the 31st.

But this week has been rather busy with all that has been happening around Christmas. I haven't had much time to exercise, probably only getting in one workout this week but finding I had been keeping up with my daily steps target as I had been going around buying Christmas presents after work.

I had made an attempt to watch my calorie count during Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing day but this had gone out the window as I wanted to relax and enjoy the food, time and company I had around me.

I may have over eaten on Christmas Day but feel I had watched my food intake on the other two days. Feel I may have put on a bit of weight but we will find out the results on the 31st.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas! HO HO HO!!!

Week 51 / Day 354

Week 51 / Day 354

I have worked hard this week and ate hard as well. I spent 5 of the 7 days going over my calorie count. One day was unfortunate and the other was my 'cheat day'.

One thing I have learn is that fast food such as McDonald's, Hungry Jacks, KFC, etc, is a big waste of time, money and extra effort if you are trying to maintain or lose weight. I have had two days with fast food contained and it had left me hungry in the last half of the day whilst saying my calorie count is a little bit over or on par before dinner.

Exercise wise, I have pushed myself in jogging everyday, if not walking or jumping on the exercise bike or all of the above. The hot weather has thrown me around a little bit, finding it hard to sleep at night but have been able to have a few naps after work and exercising afterwards.

I only have one and a half weeks left till these blogs are over. My results are what I expected but I haven't given up yet.

Results are as such:

January 1st               Last Week             This Week
Weight: 71.4kg        Weight: 67.1kg      Weight: 67.1kg
Waist: 86cm             Waist: 80.5cm       Waist: 79cm
Hips: 83cm               Hips: 81.8cm         Hips: 81.0cm
Neck: 38cm              Neck: 36cm           Neck: 36.9cm

Week 50 / Day 347

Week 50 / Day 347

I have begun pushing myself this week and made sure that I had done my cardio and strength exercises for the majority of the week, accomplishing 5 of 7 days doing these routine exercises.

I have realised that these exercises are so hard. With the positive mindset and the realisation that I don't have to start with a high expectation of completed reps, I discovered again the fun in exercise. And also started seeing another body transformation again. These pictures may not do itself justice but I have been told by colleagues that I look like a lot slimmer this week.

My mindset has become more postive as well, finding that I am able to clear my thoughts during my walks and let out some frustration during my walks. I have also learn to let out some frustration while on my exercise bike, finding this again is a more healthier way to release anger, stress, frustration, etc,.

This have given me the motivation to keep going, feel like next week will be a good week and will continue trimming up for Christmas.

January 1st               Last Week             This Week
Weight: 71.4kg        Weight: 67.8kg      Weight: 67.1kg
Waist: 86cm             Waist: 82.1cm       Waist: 80.5cm
Hips: 83cm               Hips: 82.9cm         Hips: 81.8cm

Week 49 / Day 340

Week 49 / Day 340

This week has been rather weird, educational and surprising week for me.

The week started well. I went for my routine walks, sometimes did my step ups routine and began mixing in some strength exercise daily challenges of planking, push ups and abs workouts. This involves doing a low set on day one and then slowly increasing the limit per day.

This was all on track, and was feeling great about it until Friday afternoon. To track back a few days, I had been feeling rather lathargic and tired. And I thought this was because I had a busy week end, and the constant tiredness was due to exercise, and therefore I would continue to build up more energy.

But on Friday afternoon, I told a colleague of mine I was not feeling well, and within moments of telling her this, I began to feel faint. My eye sight went fuzzy, as well as my hearing. I quickly sat down before I fainted and was given water. I had my blood pressure checked and that was perfect apart from having a very high heart rate. I was told by the nurse in charge that I was taking on too much at work and to reduce stress and relax more. I did not want to believe this (and still don't feel fully committed to believing it still). But I went home and went to sleep at around 2:30pm and properly woke up at 10:30am the next day, with the exemption of waking up to have a bit of food, going to the toilet or being sick. In all, I was in bed for 15 hours, I had never done that before.

While resting and relaxing, I had time to thing of what was stressing me and all the projects and things I had on my 'to do' list, and there was a fair bit of it. I may have been ignoring the pressure and pushing through it all, having the frame of mind 'I CAN GET THROUGH THIS.'

The moral of this blog is, rest is so damn important to your mind and body. If you ignore it your body will beat you down, pin you to the floor, 'wet willy' you and throw you into bed and keep you there until it is happy enough for you to get up and do the basic minimum again. Don't ever let this happen to you, it is the most frustrating and boring time you can go through if you are a productive and energetic person like I am.

Anyway, my results for this week are:

January 1st                Last week                 This week
Weight: 71.4kg         Weight: 68.7kg         Weight: 67.8kg
Waist: 86cm              Waist: 82cm             Waist: 82.1cm
Hips: 83cm                Hips: 82cm               Hips: 82.9cm
Neck: 38cm               Neck: 37cm              Neck: 37cm

Week 48 / Day 333

Week 48 / Day 333

I have been very slack this week. Not eating healthy or exercising that much. I had tried but the motivation was not there. I may have exercised once or twice during the week but I have been feeling tired and exhausted from work.

Yet again, I have gained another 100grams during my weigh in and seeing this becoming a trend. My BM1 is nearly at the 23 mark, having a BMI of 22.91. As the year is coming to a close and the weight challenge nearly over, I must find my motivation again and get to my ideal weight and measurement goals before the year, or even Christmas arrives.

January 1st                Last Week             This Week
Weight: 71.4kg         Weight: 68.6kg      Weight: 68.7kg
Waist: 86cm              Waist: 82cm          Waist: 82cm
Hips: 83cm                Hips: 82cm            Hips: 82cm
Neck: 38cm               Neck: 38cm           Neck: 37cm

Week 47 / Day 326

Week 47 / Day 326

This week I had become fairly relaxed as I celebrated my birthday during the week. I had overeaten on most days and exercised maybe one or two times during the week. I had kept myself busy with other things other than exercise, which allowed me to keep moving and keeping active which was good.

Feeling I am slowly putting on the weight that I had lost however and finding that I am loosing this battle with my yearly challenge. To be honest I am at the point of wanting to give up, thinking that I am not succeeding and not setting a good example to motivate people in weight loss and healthy living, but then again, there are many people facing the same problem as I am, and that is the mind playing tricks on you and making me and you believe that it's over, there is no point in continuing and that you aren't really worth it. I can honestly say, it's hard, only because the mind is fogging out the clear mind it once had when I was winning. How do we get back into that frame of mind??? Start from scratch, lets begin again.

After I thought that, I looked at my photo comparison below and thought, I have lost the weight, my body does look smaller than it was at the start of the year, I have succeeded, AND I CAN DO IT AGAIN!!!! and an even better thought came to mind, I already have a head start from week one. there isn't much left to go.

January 1st                Last Week             This Week
Weight: 71.4kg         Weight: 68.5kg      Weight: 68.6kg
Waist: 86cm              Waist: 82cm          Waist: 82cm
Hips: 83cm                Hips: 82cm            Hips: 82cm
Neck: 38cm               Neck: 38cm           Neck: 38cm

Week 46 / Day 319

Week 46 / Day 319

This week has thrown me off a bit, leaving my mind in a state of confusing and wonder. I had exercised around 5 days this week but I had gained more weight, which I though was fine as it could be muscle gain, but my measurements had gone up too, and that made me unsure of what my body was doing.

As I write this, I have realised that I have been pushing my body to hard and not relaxing or stretching as much, as I have come down with a severe cold and flu like symptoms, feeling very run down. I am still to learn the limits my body can take and to have appropriate rest, finding the balance.

Week 45 / Day 312

Week 45 / Day 312

This week has not gone according to plan. I had aimed at the start of the week / end of last week to stay away from sweets and sugary snacks, but have found that everyday this week, I had eaten something of that genre. Sometimes unintentionally, but mostly intentionally, getting into the frame of mind and having thoughts that I have already broken my promise, why begin giving up now. But in saying this, I had learnt that I struggle with staying away from sugary snacks and have a 'sweet tooth'. I can enjoy these snacks, as the cookie monster says, I should make it a 'sometimes' food.

Even though I had managed to cut it out in the past as a challenge, it can be done today, I just have to manage my will power and determination, but also keep in mind that I can still enjoy them sometimes, maybe having these food one or two days during the week, perhaps on Wednesdays and Sundays?

I had also suffered very bad heyfever / a cold during the end of the week and had rested up from doing much exercise during this time. I had walked 3 of the 7 days this week and did a few strength exercises out of boredom. I have learnt that I struggle to keep still, but also learnt that rest is important. I feel this is something that is not quite sinking in.

I have again re-evaluated myself, mentally and physically and still found my best results this year were in week 16. I am using this as motivation and setting the weight and measurements goal again and setting the challenge to reach this by the end of the year. There are less than 10 weeks to go so this should be achievable.

Week 44 / Day 305

Week 44 / Day 305

This week was a week of a bit of a shock to me as my sister who I have been on this health and fitness journey with this year, had been admitted into hospital earlier in the week due to a minor heart attack. She had the attack whilst on her exercise bike. We had re-learnt and reminded of our genetic family history of unfortunate heart health and have been warned to take care of my heart and health. This includes what I eat as well as other factors such as stress.

Besides this news, I had been a bit slack with restricting my sugar intake at the start of the week and eating far too many sweet items like cakes and ice cream, but had been pushing aside these items later on in the week, limiting myself to one item, if anything, per day. I found this rather tricky, but know I can restrict myself from eating these items as I had done it before for a month. Will test myself and say no to any sweet and sugary items throughout the week.

I have been looking back at previous photos and found the most impressive photos are in the time frame of when I was watching my sugar and carbohydrate intake. I feel this is what was helping me with my figure. Here's to next week (takes a sip from his cup of black tea).

January 1st                 Last Week                This week
Weight: 71.4kg          Weight: 68.2kg         Weight: 68.6
Waist: 86cm               Waist: 82cm             Waist: 81cm
Hips: 83cm                 Hips: 83cm               Hips: 82cm
Neck: 38cm                Neck: 38cm              Neck: 38cm

I will work towards loosing the love handles again and toning my tummy.

P.S.: I will be going in to the doctors to check the health of my heart and blood pressure. Recommend others to do the same every once in a while to see how your healthy your body is. Please take care y'all.

Week 43 / Day 298

Week 43 / Day 298
Again this week I have been working hard to catch up on my cardio and catching up on my kilometers for my 100 days of health challenge. Still behind by two weeks but I am still motivated to finish it off, or see how far I can go, but still not giving up.

I haven't been too disciplines with my calorie counting and food intake, going over my calorie count 3 out of 7 days. I will work to minimising this next week.

I have also tried to get motivated to doing some strength exercises but only did strength workouts with week, which I will work to improve from next week onwards.

I am finding that by body image is not improving, but also not getting worse. I am not sure if I am plateauing or not, but have had thoughts of changing my workout program to a higher intensity or not, or not sure if I am not resting enough.

Week 42 / Day 291

Week 42 / Day 291
This week I have been concentrating on my cardio workouts, especially my walks for my 100DoH challenge. I am pushing hard to get many steps in my day and changed my daily steps goal from 10,000 steps to 20,000 steps. I am glad I did this as now I feel I can challenge myself even more.

I had been eating well through out the week and felt I should have a'cheat weekend', as there were several parties I attended this weekend. This didn't workout well for me as I weighed myself and took the photos as it didn't justify the efforts I made on the weekdays.

Week 41 / Day 284

Week 41 / Day 284
I have been rather productive this week regarding my exercise. I have been walking everyday, and during my walks, I have pushed myself to jog as much as far as I can go without tiring myself out too much.

I bought myself some lighter kettle bells to exercise with and started doing some upper body workouts. I have found my stride in these exercises, pushing myself to do them but not pushing myself too hard to feel too sore or make the workouts a chore.

I have been working hard to catch up on my walking kms for my 100DoH challenge, doing more that 5kms per day, infact I did a 12km walk on Saturday to gain a bit more length.

January 1st                   Last Week:               This Week
Weight: 71.4kg            Weight: 69.3kg         Weight: 68.5kg

Neck: 38cm                  Neck: 38cm              Neck: 38cm

Week 40 / Day 277

Week 40 / Day 277

This week I have been fairly productive with my exercise but struggling with my food intake and calorie consumption. I have worked hard at keep below my recommended intake but have found I get hungry fairly often and eating more calories than I should.

I am still working hard at catching up with my walking workouts as I am far behind but not wanting to give up. I have found it a struggle but still not giving up hope. I was talking to a workmate of mine, and we both agreed to keep going as far as possible, and even if we don't accomplish the promise we made at the start of our 100DoH challenge, we will know that we never gave up and gave it our best shot and this is how far we got.

My results are as follows:

January 1st                  Last Week                     This Week
Weight: 71.4kg           Weight: 69.3kg              Weight: 69.3kg
Waist: 86cm                Waist: 82cm                  Waist: 82cm
Hips: 83cm                  Hips: 83cm                    Hips: 83cm
Neck: 38cm                 Neck: 38cm                   Neck: 38cm

So weird not having any changed to my body from last week.

Week 39 / Day 270

Week 39 / Day 270
This week has been the closest I have been to throwing in the towel and giving up. I have faced many issues with my self esteem, finding a friend of mine joke about my image, refering it to a Jim Henson puppet, and realising that I have not recieved any positive comments from him on my efforts on loosing weight or the change in my image in a positive way. This unfortunately got to me this week and had the mindset of giving up and thinking 'whats the point of trying?', when I get comments like this.
Nearly everyday, I was overeating, not calorie counting as I usually do,  binged on junk food, and had no motivation to do any exercise. I had also wanted to give up my other personal projects such as my 365 gratitude blogs and 100DoH challenge of walking 500km in 100 days.
During the week, I let out a cry for help to some Facebook friends and they sent me posts and comments with encouragement and pick me up messages, some jumping onto private messages chatting with me about the situation. This did indeed get me back on my feet.
It was only last night, I stumbled across some motivational and positive memes a friend of mine posted on Facebook which was a slap in the face. I was able to wake up this morning with a mission to get myself back together again and to find MY healthy balance, physically, mentally and emotionally.
What have I learnt from this? Many things! There are many who will want to bring you down, either due to jealousy or by feeling threatened by your achievements and cheaply attack your weak points to make themselves feel better.  But there are many, many, many more people out there who will encourage you, inspire you, guide you and even walk along side you, helping you every step of the way. These are the people that matter and should shine, stand out, and feed you positivity.
For those who read this, I really do hope this is helping you and making you achieve that life you once dreamt of having become a reality. For those who read this and still judge and are prejudice, may karma come back to you and may your life be filled with other self centered people so that when you require help, you will realise the struggle that many others face which required your help.
My results are as follows:

January 1st                 Last Week                This Week
Weight: 71.4kg          Weight: 68.3kg        Weight: 69.3kg
Waist: 86cm              Waist: 82cm             Waist: 82cm
Hips: 83cm                Hips: 83cm               Hips: 83cm

Week 38 / Day 263

Week 38 / Day 263
This week, I have worked hard to get back into my old routine of exercise. I have found that I am exact two weeks behind is being on par with my 100DoH Walking challenge. I have accepted the challenge and I will work hard at not failing it. I feel however, I must begin giving attention to doing as much strength exercises as I do with my cardio. I am losing the weight but I feel my body figure isn't being defined, not showing much muscle at all, which is what I would like. I shall start working on that, as I usually promise, next week...OR NOW!!

I have also come to the realisation that I have been doing these workouts not for me but for others. In a way this is good as it can inspire and motivate others, but sometimes you must realise you are doing it for yourself, for you to live life in a happier, healthier way, physically and mentally. You cannot make someone physically and mentally strong and happy, that comes within the other person, you, not me, all I can do is inspire and inform you with tips and strategies.

Here are my results for the week:
January 1st                      Last Week              This Week
Weight: 71.4kg                -                             Weight: 68.3kg
Waist: 86cm                    -                              Waist: 82cm
Hips: 83cm                      -                              Hips: 83cm
Neck: 38cm                     -                              Neck: 39cm

Week 37 / Day 256

Week 37 / Day 256
I have been getting myself back into the routine of exercise this week, walking regularly as I have to keep up with my commitment which I made with my 100DoH challenge of walking 500km in 100 days. I have found that I have been overdoing in with guilt on my conscious of not exercising of the last few weeks, and have had to slow down several time during my workouts.

Yet again I have been slack and did not take my weekly picture or measurements. But I had participated in a fun run today for Alzheimer's Australia. The first time I have ever done a fun run. I managed to jog and walk 7.5km in 48 minutes which I am proud of achieving. I will most likely participate in another fun run in the future, so watch out.

Yet again, I will get my act together and put up photos and measurements next week.....I hope

Week 36 / Day 249

Week 36 / Day 249

Well I am back. I have found ti hard to get back into my regular routine of exercise and eating properly since coming back from holidays.

But more so, I feel I have lost a bit of motivation doing these blogs and the way I think now is a bit slacker. I feel I have lost track of time and struggling with my time management.

This is a new struggle I will be kicking to the curb and I do feel with the help of exercise and getting back into my regular routine, I will be able to get myself back on track, fitness wise and mentally.

My results are as shown, however I had not recorded my measurements, so they will be in next weeks blog. My blogs may be back to normal as well and not all over the place, I apologise for this.

I am still on holidays so I will not be publishing results and my weekly picture.

I have found it a bit hard this week no exercising. I have been lounging around most of the time and finding the only 'exercise I have been getting is walking around during sight seeing.

I did however break back into the habit of exercising, woke up early and went for a jog to the town centre and back to the holiday house.

I will be hopefully back to normal next week. :)

Week 34 / Day 235

Week 34 / Day 235

This week will be a bit different as I am on holidays at the moment, so there will be no photo or weekly results.

This will be good for me as I have been focussing too much on exercising and not relaxing the body which is well needed.

Next week will be the same.

This will be a bit hard for me as I am not used to relaxing as much now a days.

Catch ya on the flip side

Week 33 / Day 228

Week 33 / Day 228
I have been rather active this week as my work has launched a fitness challenge program for staff members called 100 days of fitness.

We started by writing a commitment towards fitness on a card and placing it on a 'commitment tree' which was placed at my workplace. I have committed to completing 500 km of walking within 100 days.
This week I have completed 6 of the 7 days of completing 5km+ per day. But I have completed 33.84km out of the 35km, meaning next week I will need to complete an extra 1.16km to keep up to par with my commitment.

My weight and measurement results have not majorly changed, however, ever inch counts and will keep working towards my ideal body image, weight and measurements. I am having a load of fun doing this and learning a lot about my body, discovering what is good for me in regards to food as well and my mental state.

I have noticed that my body imaged has not changed a lot in the last 10 weeks or so. Thinking I need to step up the game and make some decisions if I want to improve this. Remember, all fun and all educational.

Week 32 / Day 221

Week 32 / Day 221
I am taking on a different path in maintaining my weight this week. I have been, and still will keep an eye on my calorie count each day, but will balance healthy eating along with treats throughout the week, but still keeping under my permittted calorie intake each day. I will be doing this by focussing on healthy eating through the weekdays, and allowing my weekend to be my 'cheat days'.

I will also be focussing a little bit less on my workouts as I feel I maybe overdoing it on somedays as I find I am getting lethargic during the day and needing to rely on coffee, which is something I haven't been used to in the past. But if I am to do a workout, I will make sure I am enjoying it more than making it a habit workout.

I have also attended my first ever Zumba class on Monday, and honestly found it quite fun and interesting, understanding a different way of exercising without thinking it is exercise.

Week 31 / Day 214

Week 31 / Day 214
This week I have been keeping up with my cardio workouts, doing 4 walking workouts plus undertaking my 7 minute workouts at the start of the week but bombing out near the end of the week.

But I have learnt from this that I am over committing myself and unable to complete all my exercise workouts, therefore needing to re evaluate my weight loss / workout programs. But still seeing improvements in the mirror and still happy with my body image.

Week 30 / Day 207

Week 30 / Day 207

I started the week off great, continuing with my 7 minute workouts, but lost track after Wednesday and hadn't completed them after then. But I replaced them with doing cardio workouts, going walking or jogging while the weather was good.

I have been eating well on most days, having fast food probably 3 times week, but selecting the healthier choices with plenty of salads.

I am rather happy with my results, gaining a bit more weight but noticing my measurements have gone down. Going to keep watching my progress and working hard.

My weekly results are:

Weight: 71.4kg          Weight: 67.2kg         Weight: 67.4kg

Week 29 / Day 200

Week 29 / Day 200

I have pushed myself a little bit this week, I have completed my 7 minute workouts everyday, missing only one session, which I will say, am proud and happy to achieve.

I have kept up with my cardio workouts, but my diet is a bit shonky. I have found that I have eaten too much fast food this week, which has thrown off the balance of my workout / diet ratio.

My weekly results are as follows:

Weight: 71.4kg          Weight: 67.5kg         Weight: 67.2kg

Week 28 / Day 193

Week 28 / Day 193
I have felt that this week was a brand new start for me since coming back from Canberra. It feels like I have begun exercising again after years of relaxing. It has been a bit of a struggle getting back into the swing of things as I have faced a lot of emotional and mental challenges lately and have wanted to give up, having thoughts of "what' the point?" "I know I like food." "I'm just exhausting myself". But I had to sit back and reassess why I want to loose weight, and why I want to become fit.

Everyone has their different motivations and reasons for becoming fit. Mine are for myself and my family, that I will be able to have the energy and strength to play with my children and be physically and mentally strong for my wife during times when she feels tired. This is one, and I feel the most important, of many reasons.

My results are were a bit shocking and confusing today, but all in the name of improvement though. But looking back at what I was like at the beginning of the year, is inspiring me to keep going, and I am able to see improvements today compared to what I was like at the start of the year, and that in itself is encouraging me to keep going.

Week 27 / Day 186

Week 27 / Day 186

This week I had found I was over eating as I was on my trip to Canberra. I would go to Macdonald's at 10:30pm most nights and during the day my meals consisted of fast food or food from the hospital. I did very little exercise and felt very bloated throughout this week. I knew that if my weight was down, my measurement would still have surely built up. Not a very successful week for me. But not letting this get the better of me. Time to challenge myself again and get my body back into shape. #noteasygettingfit

Week 26 / Day 179

Week 26 / Day 179

This week has been the same as last week. I have been concentrating on more cardio workouts than strength exercises. I am struggling with this routine and with motivation and may start concentrating on my diet again as I feel this is the key to maintaining my weight.

My results this week are as follows:

Weight: 71.4kg       Weight: 66.8kg         Weight: 66.9kg

Week 25 / Day 172

Week 25 / Day 172

This week has been good and busy. But have been going for walks when possible and adding sit ups to the workouts now. But I have found my weight is going up and my measurements are remaining the same. Fell like I should go on a sugar free diet again.

Week 24 / Day 165

Week 24 / Day 165

This week has been rather busy for me, I have worked everyday except today and done at least half an hour of cardio exercise every second day, allowing my body to rest on the alternating days. I have found that allowing my body sufficient rest helps with loosing weight and recovering my muscles after strength exercises.
