This week has been pretty good exercise wise, my food intake has still to improve. However, cutting out soft drinks has helped me loose a little bit of weight plus leading me to drink more water instead. I have been walking, cycling and jogging for my cardio workout, and have been adding in the occasion push up and sit ups workout ever second day. But not really pushing that hard with the strength exercises.
You don't really realise how much weight you have actually lost until you look at photos of the past and think 'wow, there is a difference'. Or you could try on an old pair of jeans which one fitted you comfortable, a pair which you were once able to wear without a belt. I wore this pair of jeans today and was amazed at how big they were.
