Week 12 / Day 81
I haven't really changed much of my diet or exercise regime this week as work has overwritten life. But this as not deterred me away from exercising. I'm keeping it up as best as I can.
I have 10 days to go till I complete my March Challenge of 100km of walking plus 200km of exercise bike riding. The results are below.
