Week 23 / Day 158

I finally weighed myself after searching for batteries and quite surprised by the results as I did exercise quite frequently this week, adding more strength exercises in the mix of my cardio workouts. However, I have been a bit naughty and eating too much junk food and sweets which I need to control and gain discipline with. But still quite shocked with the results. If anyone knows how I get good results from bad eating, please help and educate me, I'm a bit confused.

I have looked back at records back from 2008 and this is the lightest I have been since then. I also now have to buy new suits as the ones I own are too big on me, EVEN MY WEDDING SUIT!!!
