Week 14 / Day 95
This week has been a bit different to the other weeks. I have started my new monthly challenge of cutting out sugary treats, desserts and complex carbohydrates. I have found it slightly tough as I have found it hard organizing meals for myself at work. However, it is great being mindful of what I am eating and putting in my body. I have found my concentration lacking a bit more than usual.
But in saying this, my results are quite surprising in a great way.

Lets hope the results next week don't jump up vastly. Fingers crossed + hard work.
