Week 15 / Day 102

This week has gone well. From starting my sugar free diet and watching my carb intake, I have gone down in weight. The images below are starting to take shape and I can now see a significant different between week one till now.

My measurements are as follows:

I still have a long way to go and a lot to catch up on, and I am still positive that I will complete this
