Week 16 / Day 109
O to the M to the G! Ladies and gentlemen, I DID IT!!! I finally reached my new years goal! It feels so damn good. And I cannot believe I got there. The last time I was this weight and close to body slimness was when I was 23 years old.

After cutting out my sugar intake in meals, my weight and body fat has gone down incredibly, I think this is what was effecting, mostly, my tummy bloating.
I will be continuing with my cardio workouts, but now slowly increasing my weights and strengthening exercises.
So far it has been a hard journey. But I have learnt it has been a hard journey because of my thought process about it all.
In the past, I had put a time limit on my weight loss and has stressed myself out when I was not able to get the results at a certain time frame and would give up. Or I would push too hard one day and then need the rest and recovery the next day. Then I would trick myself into thinking I can have one snack, when I knew I would want more and will have more than I should. I also listened to people who thought my process was stupid or that I wouldn't get far. This was all not working for me.
The truth is, in the words or Frank Sanatra, I did it my way! Only I knew what was working for me and I went with it. I failed at certain times, and I knew that process didn't work for me. However, it may work for you. Its a case of trial and error.
