This week I had completed my 100km of walking and in the 90% of completing my riding goal of 200km, it shall be complete this week for sure.

I have added a few days of strength exercises this week but not a focused as Ii should, slow but steady, I'll get there.

I haven't really changed much of my diet or exercise regime this week as work has overwritten life. But this as not deterred me away from exercising. I'm keeping it up as best as I can.
I have 10 days to go till I complete my March Challenge of 100km of walking plus 200km of exercise bike riding. The results are below.

I won't talk much here but my apologies on the delay in the blog. I know I have to concentrate and focus on my eating habits more. Need to concentrate on cutting down sugars and carbohydrate.

Week 10 / Day 67

Week 10 / Day 67
This week has been pretty good exercise wise, my food intake has still to improve. However, cutting out soft drinks has helped me loose a little bit of weight plus leading me to drink more water instead. I have been walking, cycling and jogging for my cardio workout, and have been adding in the occasion push up and sit ups workout ever second day. But not really pushing that hard with the strength exercises.

You don't really realise how much weight you have actually lost until you look at photos of the past and think 'wow, there is a difference'. Or you could try on an old pair of jeans which one fitted you comfortable, a pair which you were once able to wear without a belt. I wore this pair of jeans today and was amazed at how big they were.
