Week 6 / Day 41
This week seems to have been productive and achieving goals slowly.
I have gone down to 69kg again and been under my calorie counts, which I'm glad about. Hoping next week will be this productive

I don't know if its me but I can see a slight difference between week 1 and week 6. Do you?
